Mary Kathleen Evans
Marikay Evans has more than 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer. Over the years, she has tried cases involving claims against physicians, psychologists, hospitals and nursing homes, as well as toxic tort, employment law, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, civil conspiracy and state common law claims.
Ms. Evans represents healthcare professionals in peer review actions and has lectured on the subjects of HIPAA, Psychiatry & the Law, Good Samaritan laws, Deceptive Trade Practices, sovereign and official immunity, and the Nurse Practice Act rules and regulations, as well as various subjects in continuing medical education and continuing nursing education seminars. Ms. Evans is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is Martindale Hubbell Peer Review rated AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5.
